About UP3M
The Learning Development and Quality Assurance Unit (UP3M) of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Universitas Udayana (FTP Unud), is one of three units within the Faculty. The unit was established based on a Dean's Decree to carry out quality assurance activities at the Faculty level.
UP3M FTP Unud is led by a coordinator who is currently assigned to I Putu Suparthana, S.P., M.Agr., Ph.D.
The activities of UP3M FTP Unud are closely related to the implementation of the higher education quality assurance system at Universitas Udayana, which is carried out gradually and consistently through the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI).
The Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) and External Quality Assurance System (SPME) for Study Programs within FTP Unud are designed using the quality management model known as PPEPP: Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement of Universitas Udayana standards, as established in the University's academic policy.

Main Duties of UP3M
Collaborate with LP3M Unud to conduct the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) of FTP Unud annually.
Collaborate with LP3M and TPPM to conduct monitoring and evaluation of education and learning activities.
Together with Faculty and Study Program leadership, conduct Management Review Meetings based on the results of previously conducted internal quality audits.
Develop Faculty Standards for the Faculty of Agricultural Technology.
Develop academic profiles, learning outcomes, and learning plans.
