Collaboration Continues, Faculty of Agricultyral Technology Lecturer Appointed to Become Resource Person and Instructor in Silangjana Village, Buleleng

The Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University, continues its collaboration with the Buleleng Regency Government, namely the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Buleleng Regency, specifically to develop the quality and diversification of superior processed food products in Buleleng Regency in 2023. The activity was attended and opened directly by the Head of the Trade Service, Industry and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Buleleng Regency Mr. Drs. Dewa Made Sudiarta, M.Si., Silangjana Village Perbekel, Community participants in the activity.

 

This time it was a collaboration with the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Buleleng Regency to standardize and package dried brown Sugar products. Apart from that, this activity also carried out training on the production process of Ginger dried brown Sugar in Silangjana Village which was held from 23-25 ??October 2023 at PLUT Buleleng Regency. The lecturer at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology who was appointed as a resource person was Prof. Dr. Ir. Nengah Kencana Putra, M.S. and Dr. Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, M.P. as well as 2 instructors, namely Dr. I Wayan Rai Widarta, S. TP., M. Si. and Dr. Ni Nyoman Puspawati, S. TP., M. Si.

 

Mr Kadis, Drs. Dewa Made Sudiarta, M.Si. expressed his gratitude for the cooperation and all the knowledge and assistance provided to IKM Buleleng. He also said that the results of the training and the products produced were in line with expectations.
