Collaboration with DISPERINDAG Bali Province, FTP Unud Lecturer Trusted as Instructor at Technical Guidances Product Development OVOP and CPPOB in Karangasem

Lecturers of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology were trusted to be Instructors at the Technical Guidance on OVOP Product Development (One Village One Product) and CPPOB Good Manufacturing Practice) at the Amertha Bhuana Village Palm Sugar Center, Selat, Karangasem Regency on October 8-11, 2024. This activity was attended by people who are members of the Palm Sugar Center of Amertha Bhuana Village, Selat, Karangasem.

 

This activity presented instructors, namely Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb. who is a Lecturer in the Agricultural Industrial Technology Study Program, FTP Unud along with Putu Julyantika Nica Dewi, S.TP., M.TP. and I Gede Arie Mahendra Putra, S.TP., M.TP. who is a Lecturer in the Food Technology Study Program, FTP Unud. The technical guidance given to members of the Center is related to CPPOB, SSOP (Sanitation Standard Sanitation Operation Procedure) along with the Layout of the Production Area and Circulation Permit and given a workshop on making 8 sanitation keys related to the Palm Sugar Production Process produced directly by the Center of Amertha Bhuana Village, Karangasem.

 

The training participants followed the activities seriously and carefully and had high seriousness in order to develop the products and businesses that were being worked on. Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb as the instructor also said that if CPPOB is applied in the production process and the application for distribution permits is also carried out, then MSMEs and centers that are already running will be able to further develop and upgrade, she also invited and suggested that training participants have confidence and determination in developing the production process with CPPOB standards so that the products produced can be more widely circulated so that they can increase income and sales, she also said that it is time for MSMEs to upgrade and develop their business towards a more professional direction, she said.
