Food Technology Study Program Students Conduct Field Practicum at PT. Aerofood Indonesia Unit Denpasar
Students
of the Food Technology Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology,
Udayana University who take part in the HACCP Application Course in the Food
Industry have the opportunity to carry out Field Practicums at PT. Aerofood
Indonesia Unit Denpasar. This activity was accompanied by the lecturer for the
HACCP Application course in the Food Industry, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nengah Kencana
Putra, M.S., and Mrs. Sayi Hatiningsih, S.TP., M.Si.
On
this occasion the students were invited to discuss the application of HACCP in
the food industry and the implementation of hygiene and food safety, as well as
a factory tour/kitchen tour to see the food processing process and the
application of HACCP at PT. Aerofood Indonesia Unit Denpasar with Mrs. Ni Wayan
Dewi Kristinawati, S.Gz., as Head of Learning and Development, and Mrs. Desak
Gede Putri Wijayanthi, AMd.Gz., as SPV Quality Assurance at PT. Aerofood
Indonesia Unit Denpasar.
One of the lecturers Mrs.
Sayi Hatiningsih, S.TP., M.Si. thank PT. Aerofood Indonesia Unit Denpasar for
the opportunity given. She also hopes that the knowledge and experience
provided will be of great benefit to students of the Food Technology Study
Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University, and hopefully
PT. Aerofood Indonesia Unit Denpasar will be more successful in the future in
the field of inflight catering, she said
