FTP Universitas Udayana Collaborates with Nusantara Muda and Prisma in the Implementation of NCC 4 and NESCO 3

Jimbaran, September 19, 2026 — The Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FTP), Universitas Udayana, continues to strengthen its partnership network and collaboration with external institutions to support student development, particularly in the areas of creativity, innovation, and academic achievement. One of these collaborations is carried out through cooperation between FTP Universitas Udayana and Lembaga Setara Prisma Nusantara (Nusantara Muda) and the Pusat Riset Siswa, Mahasiswa dan Akademisi (Prisma) in the implementation of the 4th Nusantara Creative Competition (NCC 4) and the 3rd National Essay Competition (NESCO 3).

The activities serve as a collaborative platform between higher education institutions and external partners to provide students with opportunities to develop their critical thinking, creativity, and innovative ideas through academic competitions. NCC 4 and NESCO 3 feature several thematic areas, allowing students to express their ideas and perspectives through competitive and constructive works.

As part of the event, the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Universitas Udayana, Dr. I Wayan Rai Widarta, S.TP., M.Si., officially opened the activity. The Dean's involvement represents institutional support for collaborative initiatives that provide students with opportunities to develop their academic potential, creativity, and innovation.

FTP Universitas Udayana also contributed to the event through the Food sub-theme. According to the jury requirements for the competition, the Faculty of Agricultural Technology was involved in supporting the judging process for the Food sub-theme by providing three jury members. In addition to Food, the NCC 4 and NESCO 3 competitions cover several other sub-themes, including Agriculture, Environment, Education, Technology, Tourism and Culture, Law and Politics, Health, and Social and Economics. In total, the event requires 27 jury members representing various fields and faculties.

The involvement of FTP in this activity demonstrates that collaboration with external partners is not limited to formal educational activities, but can also be realized through initiatives that support student competency development, creativity, networking, and achievement. Such collaboration also provides opportunities for FTP academic staff to contribute their expertise to the development and assessment of student ideas, particularly in areas related to agricultural technology and food.

Through its collaboration with Nusantara Muda and Prisma, FTP Universitas Udayana is expected to further strengthen its institutional network and create broader opportunities for students to participate in academic activities and national-level competitions.

Moving forward, collaborations of this kind are expected to continue developing through various mutually beneficial programs while supporting the implementation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi), particularly in education, academic networking, and student capacity building.
