FTP Unud Holds Workshop on Improving Public Service Quality Toward Integrity Zone WBK
Jimbaran, November 12, 2024 – As part of its commitment to establishing an Integrity Zone (ZI) and achieving the status of a Corruption-Free Zone (Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi / WBK), the Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FTP) at Udayana University held a Workshop on Improving Public Service Quality on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at Room 1.1, JA Building, FTP Unud.
The event was attended by all lecturers, administrative staff, service officers, and members of the Integrity Zone Team within FTP Unud. The workshop featured Ni Luh Putu Diah Desvi Arina, S.Ikom., M.Ikom. as the main speaker, and was moderated by Dr. Ni Wayan Wisaniyasa, S.TP., M.P.
In her presentation, the speaker emphasized the importance of effective communication, service ethics, and a user-oriented approach in building an integrity-based work culture. “Excellent public service is not only about speed and accuracy but also about empathy, transparency, and accountability,” she stated.
The Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology expressed that this activity is part of FTP Unud’s ongoing effort to build a professional, transparent, and service-oriented academic environment. “We are committed to continuously improving and enhancing the capacity of our human resources so that FTP Unud becomes an institution that upholds excellence and integrity,” the Dean remarked.
Through this workshop, all academic and administrative staff members are expected to enhance their competencies according to the specific needs of the services they provide and to understand their strategic role in supporting the implementation of the Integrity Zone within FTP Unud. The workshop concluded with an interactive discussion session that generated valuable input for developing a more responsive, efficient, and high-quality public service system in the future.
