Realization of Cooperation between Denpasar City Tourism Office and FTP Unud, Training and Assistance for Creative Economy Actors in the Culinary Sector

The Denpasar City Tourism Office, which had previously signed a collaboration with the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, this time realized the training and mentoring activities for culinary creative economy actors. This cooperation realization activity was held at Grand Mirah Hotel Denpasar, 24-25 April 2024. This activity was attended by 40 participants who were creative economic actors in the city of Denpasar in the culinary field.

 

The opening ceremony of this activity was attended by the Head of the Denpasar City Tourism Office Mrs. Luh Putu Riyastiti, S.S., M.Par, the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University, Prof. Ir. I Made Anom Sutrisna Wijaya, M.App.Sc., Ph.D along with the speakers. In the realization of this collaboration, several lecturers of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University were trusted as resource persons, namely Mr. Cokorda Anom Bayu Sadyasmara, S.TP., M.Sc. who provided training and workshops related to Product Marketing, Creative Economy and Food Safety, Mrs. Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb. provided training topics related to Product Development, SWOT Analysis and Bussiness Model Canvas, Mrs. I Desak Putu Kartika Pratiwi, S.TP. , M.P. provided training on Knowledge of Ingredients and Food Additives, Catfish Product Processing and Product Packaging, Mrs. Putu Julyantika Nica Dewi, S.TP., M.TP. provided training and workshops related to the SSOP Program and Mr. Ir. I Gusti Ketut Arya Arthawan, M.Fd.Eng provided training and workshops on the CPPOB-based Food Safety Program. And on the last day of the activity, a visit to Jungle Gold Bali was held with the resource person Mr. Ida Bagus Namarupa.

 

This activity went smoothly, one of the speakers, Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb who is familiarly called Anom hopes that through this activity MSME players, especially in the city of Denpasar, can develop creative businesses based on SSOP and CPPOB so as to produce innovative products that are produced according to food safety rules, besides that she also hopes that in the future there will be more realization of the collaboration carried out between the Denpasar City Tourism Office and FTP Unud both in the fields of Education, Research and Community Service.
