Through the DIKTI PKKM Program, the Food Technology Study Program Improves Lecturer Competence in the Food Safety Scheme
The Food Technology Study
Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University won the
Independent Campus Competition Program (PKKM) Grant from the Ministry of
Education, Culture, Research and Technology in 2023. On this occasion, one of
the programs implemented was Increasing Lecturer Competency through Food Safety
Certification and Competency Based on HACCP and CPPOB on September 12-14 2023.
This activity was
attended and opened directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural
Technology, Prof. Ir. I Made Anom Sutrisna Wijaya, M.App.Sc., Ph.D. This
training and certification activity collaborated with the Indonesian Food
Safety Professionals Association (APKEPI) which presented two teachers, namely
Dina Aulia Nurdiana, S.TP and Naily Zulfa Agustina S. Pi. The activity lasts
for 3 days and focuses on food safety training based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis
and Critical Control Points) and CPPOB (Good Processed Food Production Methods)
which will later hold a competency exam on 25-26 September 2023.
The Chair of the Activity
Organizing Committee is Mrs. Dr. Ni Nyoman Puspawati, S.TP., M.Si reported that
through this activity it is hoped that it can increase the quality and quantity
of competent lecturers at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, especially in
the Food Technology Study Program.
