Terms and Conditions

1. The registration fee covers one participant only. Multiple attending authors must register separately, and those not present should register as non-presenter.
2. Payments are nonrefundable.
3. Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges.
4. At least one author for each accepted full paper must register.
5. After performing the wire transfer, please fill out the payment proof form by clicking this page.
6. Please notify us if the payee’s name is different from the registered author.
7. Receipt will be issued soon to your email address after the registration fee is paid in full amount.
