3 Lecturers of Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University, Participated as Resource Persons in Entrepreneur Activities Entering Klungkung Creative Community Village
3 Lecturers of the
Faculty of Agricultural Technology namely Mrs. Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini,
S.TP., M.Agb who is a Lecturer in the Agroindustrial Technology Study Program
and Mrs. A.A. Istri Sri Wiadnyani, S.TP., M.Sc. and Mrs. I Desak Putu Kartika
Pratiwi, S.TP., M.P. who is a Lecturer in the Food Technology Study Program,
Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University, participated in the
Village Entry Entrepreneur activity which is a creative program from the
Klungkung Creative Community initiated by the Regent of Klungkung, Mr. I Nyoman
Suwirta. The activities were carried out on June 12 and 14 2023 which were held
in the Meeting Room of the Dawan Kaler Village Office, Klungkung.
In this activity
initiated by the Regent of Klungkung, the lecturers of FTP Unud were lined up
to become resource persons according to their respective fields. Mrs. A.A.
Istri Sri Wiadnyani, S.TP., M.Sc. providing material in the form of SWOT Analysis
and Business Model Canvas, Mrs. I Desak Putu Kartika Pratiwi, S.TP., M.P.
provide training related to Diversification of Processed Bananas and Mrs. Dr.
Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb provides education and training related to
processing used cooking oil into hand washing soap. The activities carried out
ran smoothly and the participants were very enthusiastic in participating in
the activities and training provided.
One of the representative
speakers, Mrs. Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb. said that she was very
pleased to be able to participate in the activities initiated by the Regent of
Klungkung, she also hoped that the training and education provided would
hopefully provide knowledge and experience to the Klungkung community in order
to increase production capacity which in turn could foster the entrepreneurial
spirit of the Klungkung community and be able to take advantage of their
potential "The potential that exists in Klungkung is a product that has a
selling value that can be used as a characteristic of the Klungkung district
itself," she said.
