Again Collaborating with the Buleleng Government, this time Faculty of Agricultural Technology Udayana University Lecturers Appointed to Be Resource Persons in Depehe Village

The Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University is once again collaborating with the Buleleng Regency Government, namely the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises of Buleleng Regency, precisely to develop the quality and diversification of superior processed food products in Buleleng Regency in 2023. The activity was attended and opened directly by the Head of the Trade Service, Industry and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Buleleng Regency Mr. Drs. Dewa Made Sudiarta, M.Sc., Head of Depehe Village, Tamblang Village Representative and Tunjung Village Representative.

 

Training activities on techniques for standardizing the production of processed mango fruit (jam and candied mangoes) in Depeha Village, Kubutambahan District, Buleleng have been running from 17 – 19 October 2023 at the Depehe Village Perbekel Office, Kubutambahan District, Buleleng. The training activity was attended by 35 communities consisting of 20 Depehe Village communities, 10 Tunjung Village communities and 5 Tamlang Village communities. This activity presented 2 resource persons, namely Dr. Ir. Komang Ayu Nocianitri, M.Agr.,Sc.and Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb and 2 instructors Putu Julyantika Nica Dewi, S.TP., M.TP. and I Gede Arie Mahendra Putra, S.TP., M.TP. who is a lecturer from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University.

 

Mr Kadis, Drs. Dewa Made Sudiarta, M.Si. hopes that through the activities carried out it can give birth to innovative products typical of Depehe Village which are of course made from Mango Fruit which is the Village's potential. He also said that this collaboration will definitely continue to be implemented in order to improve and develop typical Buleleng Regency food preparations that come from the Village's potential in Buleleng area and it is also hoped that in the future the production process can be carried out according to standards, he also hopes that in the future Depehe Village can have its own innovative products which are characteristic of Depehe Village which can be developed into typical Village souvenirs.
