Arduino and Android-Based : Solution of Temperature, Humidity and Light Control For Greenhouse

Development of Tool Design for Monitoring microclimate conditions in greenhouses that are controlled and monitored using an Android-based smartphone was carried out by the Team of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University. The design of this tool was developed by I Putu Gede Budisanjaya, S.TP., M.T. and Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Sucipta, M.P. who is a lecturer in the Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University.

The development of the design of this tool aims to make a device for controlling temperature, humidity and light intensity in a greenhouse using Arduino Mega 2560 and several sensors which later is expected to be able to control on/off exhaust fans, photosynthetic LEDs and water pumps in the greenhouse using a relayboard.

This development are expected to be useful for plant entrepreneurs in the greenhouse so that the microclimate conditions in the greenhouse can still be controlled automatically and monitored using an Android-based smart phone, so that wherever the user is, as long as they have an internet connection, the user can monitor their greenhouse.
