Collaborating with BBPOM in Denpasar, Food Technology Study Program Holds Guest Lecture on Processed Food Safety Regulations
The Food Technology Study
Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University collaborated
with BBPOM in Denpasar to hold a guest lecture with the theme "Processed
Food Safety Regulations in Supporting the Development of Innovative Food
Products" which was held on November 28, 2022 in the Theater Room, GA
Building, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University which was
attended by all faculty staff and students of the Food Technology Study
Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University.
The guest lecture activities were
carried out in a hybrid manner which brought in speakers, namely Ms. Dra. Desak
Ketut Andika Andayani, APT as the Coordinator of the BBPOM Inspection Substance
Group in Denpasar who presented material namely Processed Food Safety
Regulations in Supporting the Development of Innovative Food Products guided by
Dr. I Wayan Rai Widarta, S.TP., M.Si as Lecturer Staff at the Food Technology
Study Program, FTP Udayana University.
Mrs. Gusti Ayu Kadek Diah
Puspawati, S.TP., M.Sc as the Coordinator of the Food Technology Study Program
hopes that through this guest lecture both students and teaching staff will get
information about processed food safety regulations, and she also hopes that with
this lecture, the product "Products owned by students can proceed to the
legality management stage so that they are safer to market," she said.
