Collaboration between Faculty of Agricultural Technology Unud and PT Aerofood Indonesia, Ready to Develop Student Skills through MBKM Internship Program

The Faculty of Agricultural Technology collaborated again with PT. Aerfood Indonesia which was marked by the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between the two parties which was held in the Language Room of the Rectorate Building of Udayana University Jimbaran Campus, Tuesday (20/2/2024). This activity coincided with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Udayana University and PT Aerofood Indonesia.

 

This activity was attended by the Rector of Udayana University, Prof. Ir. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana, M.T., Ph.D., IPU., Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Prof. Ir. I Made Anom Sutrisna Wijaya, M.App.Sc., Ph.D., Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information of FTP, Dr. Ir. Komang Ayu Nocianitri, M.Agr.Sc., and Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb, Dean of the Faculty of FMIPA Unud, Prof. Dra. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc., Ph.D. and Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning of FMIPA Dr. Ir. Ngurah Agus Sanjaya ER, S.Kom., M.Kom. as well as representatives from PT Aerofood Indonesia consisting of President Director, Mr. I Wayan Susena, Vice Precident Corporate Secretary Mrs. Amanda Sutra Qintan, Vice Precident Human Capital Mrs. Rina Syaifitri, General Manager of DPS Unit Mr. Isaac Pangaribuan and HCBP DPS & LOP Unit Mrs. Ni Ketut Ayu Andani.

 

The activity carried out was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between PT Aerofood Indonesia and Udayana University as well as a Cooperation Agreement between PT Aerofood Indonesia and FTP and FMIPA Unud. The collaboration carried out is related to Field Work Practices and MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) internships, scientific activities (seminars and webinars) and workshops aimed at the Udayana University Academic Community, especially FTP and FMIPA Unud students. It is hoped that this collaboration can provide space and experience for students to go directly to the Industrial world, especially in the inflight catering segment business for flights, non-inflight, especially for industrial (catering services for hospitals) as well as laundry and retail segment businesses.

 

Through this collaboration, the Rector of Udayana University, Prof. Ir. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana, M.T., Ph.D., IPU. said he hoped that PT Aerofood could work together more massively, he said. In addition, the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Prof. I Made Anom Sutrisna Wijaya, M.App.Sc., Ph.D., who is familiarly called Prof. Anom hopes that all students, especially students of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, can have more opportunities to learn and develop themselves outside the campus through the program launched. In addition, he also hopes that in the future there will be development of cooperation and collaboration in other fields such as research and community service, he said.
