Creative, Food Technology Students Create Soy Milk Drinks With Jelly Made From Moringa Leaves (Mowya) As A Healthy Drink With A Million Benefits
Through the MBKM program, namely Independent
Entrepreneurship, students of the Food Technology Study Program created Soy
Milk Drinks with Jelly made from Moringa leaves called Mowya products (Moringa
Jelly With Soya Milk). The group consists of Ayu Kade Eka Widyanigrat as leader and its members namely Desak Nyoman
Savita Mardani, Ni Kadek Ayumi Puri Keswari, Ni Kadek Ayu Nira Utami and Ni luh
Gede Wiradani, under the guidance of a Lecturer in the Food Technology Study
Program namely Anak Agung Istri Sri Wiadnyani, S. TP., M.Sc.
The product with the name MOWYA is taken from the
abbreviation of Moringa Jelly With Soya Milk. This product is a type of drink
made from pure soy milk with the addition of jelly topping made with Moringa
leaves. This drink has a savory taste and slightly sweet taste. This product is
made for all levels of society and is also friendly to diabetics. Mowya drink
is made with 100% natural ingredients so it is safe for consumption by various
groups and of course has benefits because it is made with pure soy milk and
Moringa leaves which are high in antioxidants so they are good for the body.
Ayu Kade Eka Widyanigrat explained that this product is
expected to later become one of the healthy beverage products that is loved by
all groups of people, especially diabetics because it is made with 100% natural
ingredients and can be ensured that it is safe for consumption by various
groups. She also reported that this creative idea also funded by the
MBKM program, namely Independent Entrepreneurs (WMK).
