Develop the Local Potential of Suana Village, Nusa Penida Processing Seaweed and Tongol Fish into Creative Products

Lecturer of the AgroindustrialTechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology (FTP Unud) Mrs. Dr. Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, M.P. Again invited to be a resource person in the Udayana University PPM KKN activities. This time, he was trusted as a resource person at PPM Community Service Program, Udayana University, Suana Village, Nusa Penida, Klungkung Regency together with Dr. Sagung Chandra Yowani, S.Si., M.Si., Apt. who is a lecturer in the Udayana University, Pharmacy Study Program.

Students of KKN PPM Univ Udayana Suana Nusa Penida Village invited Dr. Luh Putu Wrasiati, MP as a resource person in the event to Increase Production and Marketing of Processed Products of Seaweed Crackers and Shredded Tuna. This event was attended by Field Assistance Lecturers, Fishermen's Groups, PKK, representatives of youth organizations and local communities. The question and answer took place interactively and the people of Suana Village were very enthusiastic in discussing the processing of shredded tuna and seaweed crackers.

Mrs. Dr. Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, M.P. hope that this activity can improve the quality and quantity of processing products processed from seaweed crackers and shredded tongol fish. She also hopes that with this activity, product marketing can also be more widespread and the product can become a superior product and a characteristic of Suana Village, Nusa Penida.
