FTP Unud Lecturer Again Appointed as Resource Person and Instructor by the Buleleng Government, This Time in Banjar Village
Lecturers at the Faculty
of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University, are once again trusted as
resource persons and instructors, this activity is a continuation of
collaboration with the Buleleng Regency Government, namely the Department of
Trade, Industry and Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Buleleng
Regency, precisely to develop the quality and diversification of superior
processed food products in Buleleng Regency in 2023 The activity was attended
and opened directly by the Head of the Department of Trade, Industry and
Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Buleleng Regency, Drs. Dewa Made
Sudiarta, M.Sc., Banjar Village Perbekel, Community participants in the
activity.
This collaborative
activity was carried out on 23-25 ??October in Banjar Village, Buleleng. This
time, collaboration with the Department of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives,
Small and Medium Enterprises of Buleleng Regency was carried out to standardize
the processing and packaging of products using grape raw materials (jam, grape
syrup and raisins). The lecturer at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology who
was appointed as a resource person was Dr. Gusti Ayu Kadek Diah Puspawati,
S.TP., M.Si, Dr. I Gusti Ayu Lani Triani, S.TP., M.Si. and the instructor is Ni
Made Indri Hapsari Arihantana, S.TP., M.P.
Mr Kadis, Drs. Dewa Made
Sudiarta, M.Si. expressed his gratitude for the cooperation and all the
knowledge and assistance provided to IKM Buleleng. He never ceased to express
his gratitude for the collaboration carried out, he also said that the results of
the training and the products produced were in line with expectations.
"Thank you for
sharing your knowledge and providing assistance regarding the standardization
of product processing and packaging processes in the Buleleng area, to be
precise in a total of 4 villages which have been implemented, hopefully this
collaboration can continue" - he said
