Improve Management and Soft Skills of New Students, BEM FTP Conducted LKMM 2024

The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology held LKMM (Student Management Leadership Training) & Soft Skills 2024 on April 19-21, 2024 in the Nusantara Room, Agrokompleks Building Lt. 4 Sudirman Campus, Udayana University which was attended by all new FTP Unud students.

This activity was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology and Lecturers of FTP Unud. LKMM & Soft Skill 2024 is an event to provide briefing and development of knowledge, skills and attitudes in organizational management for students consisting of Pre-LKMM Activities, LKMM Day 1, LKMM Day 2 and LKMM Day 3. The theme of the LKMM & Softskill activities in 2024 is “Painting a Luminous Personality, Credibility as the Main Palette”. In this activity, participants were given briefings and training related to personal branding, motivation control, critical nature, decision making, public speaking to recognize the talents of each participant. Complementing the training and debriefing provided were also several speakers, namely Anak Agung Sagung Istri Nanda Widya Saraswati who is Puteri Indonesia Bali 2023, Cesa Satrya Nugraha Teruna Denpasar 2023 who is also the Runner Up II Bagus Bali 2023, Ricardo Constantio Elim 1st Winner of TWK Season 3 Narasi TV, David Christopher Tjandra 1st Champion Outstanding Student of Udayana University, Anak Agung Caresasha Adinda Dea who is A Student Cultural Exchange Destination Australia Cheung Kong Exchange Program (CKEP) Scholarship: Student Cultural Exchange in Melbourne and Sydney 2023 who is also 2nd Runner Up Teruni Bali 2023, I Gusti Agung Bulan Mutiara Dewi, outstanding student of FTP 2023 and other speakers. In addition, the best participants were also elected as King and Queen of LKMM 2024, namely I Wayan Mulya Adi Saputra and Putu Trisna Maharani who are students of the Food Technology Study Program Batch 2023.

Chairman of BEM FTP Unud Arif Mendrofa reported that the activity had run smoothly, through this activity it was hoped that all new students of FTP Unud could get to know themselves better, and get positive input and learning that could later be used in running life as a student, he also hoped that all students at FTP Unud could be more solid, active and contributive to the Faculty, he said.
