Improve Research and Community Service, FTP Unud Explores Cooperation with Villanova University USA
The Faculty of Agricultural
Technology, Udayana University (FTP Unud) received a visit from Villanova
University USA. This activity was held on Thursday, July 21st , 2022
in the Theater Room, GA Building, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Agricultural Technology,
Bukit Jimbaran. This visit was received directly by the Dean of the Faculty of
Agricultural Technology, Prof. I Made Anom Sutrisna Wijaya, M.App.Sc.,Ph.D.,
who was accompanied by the 1st Deputy Dean of FTP Unud Mrs. Dr. Sumiyati, S.TP., M.P. and
Coordinator of the Agroindustrial Technology Study Program, Mr. Dr. I Wayan
Arnata, S.TP., M.Si and Lecturer of Agroindustrial Technology, FTP Unud, Dr.
Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, M.P as the contact person.
During this visit, it was
discussed exploring cooperation related to research and community service
between Vilanova University USA and FTP Unud. The Dean of the Faculty of
Agricultural Technology, Udayana University warmly and enthusiastically
welcomes the visit and exploration of this collaboration, he hopes that with
this exploration of cooperation in the future, cooperation can be established,
especially in the fields of research and community service so that in the
future they can conduct research collaborations which will be directly applied
in the community and can achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU). In
addition, Assoc. Prof. Justinus Satrio, a representative from Villanova
University USA, who was present with 4 students under his guidance, also hoped
that in the future there could be positive collaboration in the field of
research and community service between FTP Unud and Villanova University so
that the research collaboration and community service carried out could be
wider and more beneficial. They will conduct research at PT. International Cau
Chocolate, the research will be accompanied by Students of Agricultural
Engineering and Biosystems and Agroindustrial Technology Study Programs, FTP
Unud.
