In collaboration with BRIDA Badung, FTP Unud Designs Regional Action Plan for Food and Nutrition of Badung Regency 2024

The Faculty of Agricultural Technology of Udayana University signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with the Regional Innovation Research Agency of Badung Regency and the main points of the agreement related to Type II Self-Management Implementation in the procurement package Willingness as a self-managed implementer in the procurement of Research and Development Activities in the field of Economics and Development in the Sub-Activity of Research and Development of Agriculture, Plantations and Food in the form of Preparation of Regional Action Plans (RAD) Food and Nutrition in Badung Regency. The signing of the PKS was held on Monday, February 26, 2024 at the BRIDA Badung Meeting Room.

 

This activity was also attended by Plt. Head of BRIDA Badung, Mrs. I Gusti Ayu Agung Trisna Dewi, S.E., Ak., M.M. along with the staff, Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Prof. Ir. I Made Anom Sutrisna Wijaya, M.App.Sc., Ph.D., and Head of RAD-PG implementation, Dr. I Wayan Rai Widarta, S.TP., M.Si., along with a team from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. Agricultural, Plantation and Food Research and Development activities in the form of the preparation of the Regional Action Plan (RAD) for Food and Nutrition in Badung Regency are expected to be completed in 2024 so that the output of this activity is in the form of a Regional Action Plan (RAD) for Food and Nutrition in Badung Regency.

 

The Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Prof. Ir. I Made Anom Sutrisna Wijaya, M.App.Sc., Ph.D., hopes that through this activity Udayana University through the Faculty of Agricultural Technology can take a role in helping the needs of the community both local governments, MSMEs and private companies. He also hopes that through this activity in the future other cooperation can be developed with the Badung Regency Government both in education, research and community service activities, he said.
