Proving Focus on Internationalization, FTP Unud's Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering Study Program Achieves International Accreditation (General Accreditation) From IABEE

The Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering Study Program of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University has obtained accredited status (General Accreditation / GA) from the international accreditation agency IABEE (Indonesian Accreditation Board For Engineering Education) as an institution that organizes accreditation of Undergraduate Study Programs in Engineering which are members of the Washington Accord (WA).

The substantial equivalent recognition for IABEE-accredited study programs and graduates in Indonesia means that graduates of an IABEE-accredited study program in one of the Washington Accord (WA) countries are recognized as meeting the academic requirements and criteria for 'practicing' engineers in other Washington Accord (WA) countries. IABEE accreditation aims to improve the quality of education through the implementation of a globally recognized learning outcome-based education (OBE) system.

Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning Dr. Sumiyati, S.TP., M.P. hopes that with these achievements the Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University can continue to make improvements and maintain the quality of education.

In addition, the Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Prof. Ir. I Made Anom Sutrisna Wijaya, M.App.Sc., Ph.D. congratulated all parties who worked hard to achieve this achievement, especially to the academic community of the Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University.
