Strengthening Collaboration, Lecturer of TIP FTP Unud Study Program As Resource Person in Workshop on SOP Preparation and Development of Culinary Products at the Samsara Living Museum

Lecturer in the Agroindustrial Technology Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Udayana University, namely Dr. Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, M.P., and Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb was lined up as a speaker at the Workshop on Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Development of Culinary Products with the theme Branding and Gasronomy at the Samsara Living Museum on Friday, January 20^th  2023.

 

This activity was carried out in the context of institutional strengthening and developing the potential of the Samsara Raksa Budaya Association as the manager of the Samsara Living Museum. Mrs. Dr.Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, M.P., explained more about culinary gastronomy while Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb explained in more depth regarding the product development strategy, especially local Balinese products developed at the Samsara Living Museum, namely Jaje Begine.

 

Ida Bagus Agung Gunarthawa as Chairman of the Samsara Raksa Budaya Association as well as the Founder of the Samsara Living Museum also attended the activity and was very satisfied with the holding of this activity. He also expressed his highest appreciation and deepest gratitude for the support and collaboration that was carried out, he also hopes that in the future this collaboration will continue and provide an increasingly concrete and widespread impact which of course focuses on processed food that meets the principles of sustainability, healthy food and able to empower people in rural areas. Mrs. Dr. Dewa Ayu Anom Yuarini, S.TP., M.Agb reported that this activity was also a form of realization of cooperation between FTP Unud and Samsara Living Musuem and could strengthen collaboration between Samsara Living Museum and the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, in the future it is hoped that more collaborations will be developed in other Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi such as Research and Community Service, she said.
